Your company and this site
JTM Census holds public register facts about companies, and no personal names. If you'd rather your company wasn't contacted, one email does it, and it's permanent.
What does JTM Census hold about my company?
Facts from the public Companies House register about the company itself, such as its name and number, its sector, the region of its registered office and its headcount band from the latest accounts. Against each company we keep a single yes or no flag that records whether it meets the succession test. We don't keep anyone's name, birth date or age.
Where your company publishes a work email address on its own website, we may hold that address and the page it came from, so that we can write to the company. The privacy notice sets all of this out in full.
How do I ask to be left out?
Send one email to hello@jtmcensus.co.uk naming the company. That's it. We add the company to the list we never contact, for any purpose, and the entry is permanent. You don't need to give a reason.
Is there a fee?
No. No fee is ever charged to an owner, for anything.
What this site isn't
JTM Census isn't a business-sale marketplace or a listing site. No company or owner is named on this site, and nothing is for sale on it. JTM Census doesn't give legal, tax or financial advice.
